Vacuum degree is not enough, film adhesion is poor. For magnetron sputtering coated glass, it needs to be carried out in a high vacuum environment, and the basic pressure of the sputtering chamber needs to reach 5MPa to be effectively coated. If the vacuum is not enough, forced coating will appear bulk film structure is not strong, with alcohol will appear when swabbing a large number of block light zone. In this case, only the basic vacuum of sputtering chamber is improved, and the coating can be carried out when the vacuum reaches the requirement.
(2) the original film freshness is not enough, and the film adhesion is poor. The original film storage time is too long or the storage conditions are bad, so that the float glass surface pollution is serious, although in the coating before the deionized water cleaning, but still can not completely remove the surface pollution area, the coating will appear when the film structure is not strong. In this case, use fresh originals. The original film of different manufacturer, its keep fresh period each different, and even if be same the original film of manufacturer, its keep fresh period and season, store environment to still have very big concern. Accordingly, be aimed at different manufacturer, different season has different requirement to original piece, need each plated film manufacturer to master by oneself.
(3) cleaning machine cleaning ability is not enough. How the cleanliness of the glass surface directly affects the quality of coating, in the whole process of coating production, quality control in addition to the vacuum environment, the key step is cleaning machine cleaning. Once the cleaning machine cleaning ability is not enough, the glass surface residual impurities will form a spot or block defects. In view of this situation, in addition to improve the performance of cleaning equipment, the key problem is the maintenance of cleaning equipment, such as whether the transfer roller is clean, water quality is up to the requirements, whether there are foreign bodies in the knife, whether there are too many microorganisms in the water tank, are factors affecting the cleaning ability of the cleaning machine.
(4) cover, baffle, target material off slag, is also a reason for the formation of pinhole.
